Absolutely dreadful service. Can't say much about the products since they never showed up. Stoneglow was informed about the delivery issue, which they pinned on Evri. Even after recognizing the delivery problem, they didn’t send any replacements and refused to issue a refund until they sorted out their own claim with Evri. When I asked for an escalation, Stoneglow replied with an incorrect email address. I reckon that was on purpose, as I’ve had no luck getting responses from their 'admin' emails either.

I placed my order on the 25th. Last Monday, I was informed that Evri had my package, but then I didn’t hear a peep. This evening, while I was at home, I received a notification from Evri saying they were unable to deliver or leave my parcel in my safe spot (which is my garage). I’m quite frustrated with this awful customer service and the delivery driver.
